Ok we all know that normal humans can't beat a computer with much ease. I have practiced many times against different computers to find a 'style' that can either stonewall a computer or make the computer fall apart for an easy win.
The most interesting line I find that is good for a human playing white if playing a computer is this.. 1.d4 d5 2.e3 Nf6 3.Be3 c5 4.c3 c4 5.Bc2 Nc6
Most computers give black a slight advantage where if the human playing white were getting his goal! He is able to stonewall the computer with this starting line. In a position like this, I find it most likely that the computer would end up castling kingside which gives the idea crazy idea of bringing up the F, G, and H pawns for an attack. This strategy might not always work I find but I have used it against Chessmaster 9000 and Hiarcs 8 and it proved that it works. Solidating the center for both sides and making the endgame drawish if the computer doesn't break through.

Hi Dan, Did you see the 3rd game of Kasparove-Fritz x3d? He came to the same conclusion that you did. The computer never had a cluethat it was losing.

I hardly ever watch the grandmaster games against computers. It seems that all computers think they are winning because they act as they are 'superior' even to other computers.
